We are a team of mental health professionals, educators, and storytellers who believe in the power of empathy, understanding, and connection. Together, we create safe spaces where healing, growth, and meaningful change can begin.
Emotional well-being means breathing easier within yourself and others, finding healing in kindness, listening, and vulnerability, where connection fosters strength, comfort, and growth throughout everyday life.
Today, people need spaces that nurture emotional well-being, resilience, and belonging while encouraging critical thinking, creativity, and adaptability to navigate rapid change, uncertainty, and global challenges.
Touch of Peace Care is a vision built on compassion, creating warmth, reassurance, and connection, where healing feels personal and no one carries burdens alone.
Inspired by Carl Rogers’ words, “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change,” I view therapy as a space where self-understanding and growth can coexist.
Through our page, I hope people feel a little safer, lighter, calmer, and less alone. I want mental health conversations to feel less intimidating and more like “hey, you’re human too? same.
My journey with Touch of Peace Care has taught empathy, patience, and listening, reinforcing that every person’s unique experiences deserve understanding, dignity, compassion, and respect.
I believe everyone carries a unique story deserving empathy and understanding, and I strive to create spaces where people feel accepted, valued, and heard.
Hi, I’m Jashan Bajwa, and I am the person behind the digital foundation of Touch of Peace Care. My work lies in transforming a vision..
For as long as I can remember, I have been deeply curious about people — not just who they become, but what shapes them quietly over time. Over the last 30 years as a educator, I have sat with countless stories, emotions, silences, fears, and hopes that exist within families and relationships. Somewhere along the way, I realised that most people are not looking for perfection — they are simply looking for spaces where they can feel understood without having to explain their pain repeatedly.
To me, emotional well-being is not a destination; it is the feeling of being able to breathe a little easier within yourself and with the people around you. I believe healing often begins in ordinary moments — in being listened to gently, spoken to kindly, and reminded that vulnerability does not make us weak.
Through Touch of Peace Care, I hope to help create spaces that feel softer in a world that has become emotionally rushed. Spaces where people feel safe enough to pause, reflect, reconnect with themselves, and know that they do not have to navigate life’s emotional complexities alone.
I am Anushree. I am a woman, a teacher and a mother. I am not defined by my gender, profession and motherhood but it shapes a significant part of my life. My engagement with Literature started when I was very young. I would read my English and Hindi textbooks as soon as I would get my book set for the new session. And, when I could not clear the Pre-medical tests, English Literature seemed the next best option. Therefore, I decided to pursue a career in teaching and research because that’s where I feel at home: when I get to learn and share knowledge.
My education in English Literature has shaped the way I understand the world around me. As a student of Literature, you learn to comprehend emotions, decode human behaviour and analyse narratives that are being circulated. And, that’s when you get to know the world around more deeply and connect with people who are different from you.
As a director, I try to ensure that therapy remains accessible to anyone who needs it; and taboos associated with mental health are dismantled. Also, people must understand that therapy is not to make you comfortable; it is to address the causes of discomfort in your life and change your own behaviour patterns if you truly need to cope.
Today, people need an emotional space that fosters resilience, empathy, and belonging, alongside an intellectual space that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and adaptability. The post-pandemic world, rapid technological change, climate crises, and global uncertainty demand environments that balance emotional well-being with intellectual growth.
According to me, healing and emotional well-being are vital for growth and evolution as an individual. You can not progress in any aspect of your life, it you are mentally and emotionally disturbed. Whenever you feel disturbed, address it, If it is a minor issue, talk to your self and tell your self that you can handle it. If it is affecting you deeply, share it with someone you trust. And, if your daily life and work and relationships are being disturbed, take therapy to heal yourself. I have been through a lot od difficult stages myself, and I strongly believe that healing begins the moment you decide to address the problem.
In the spaces I lead, I aim to foster an environment that is characterized by emotional safety and intellectual stimulation. I see leadership as less about authority and more about cultivating environments where people can thrive and connect with each other.
I’m Anushka, a psychologist by profession and, more importantly, someone who has always been deeply fascinated by the human experience. For the past four years, my journey in psychology has been shaped by an endless curiosity about the mind — how thoughts quietly shape our realities, how emotions can hold both chaos and beauty at the same time, and how every individual carries an inner world that deserves to be understood with compassion.
Touch of Peace Care was never built as just an organisation for me; it was built as a vision and a responsibility. It is a dream born from the belief that healing should not feel distant, clinical, or lonely. It has become an extension of my values, my purpose, and a space that carries pieces of my heart within it. If Touch of Peace Care had a heartbeat, I imagine it would feel like warmth in difficult moments, reassurance in uncertainty, and the quiet comfort of knowing that you do not have to carry your burdens alone.
People, stories, and therapy have taught me something deeply humbling about being human: life has the power to break us in ways we never expect, but human resilience remains one of the most extraordinary things I have ever witnessed. I have seen people rebuild themselves from grief, pain, loss, and uncertainty, and every time I witness it, I am reminded that strength does not always look loud. Sometimes resilience is simply choosing to wake up and try again, even when life feels heavy.
The emotional space I always dreamt of creating is one where people feel seen beyond their struggles, heard beyond their words, and held beyond their pain. A space where vulnerability is welcomed without hesitation, where people do not feel pressured to have all the answers, and where healing unfolds with patience, dignity, and care.
As Touch of Peace Care continues to grow, I want its foundation to remain rooted in humility, availability, honesty, and commitment. I believe leadership is not about building something bigger; it is about building something meaningful. It is about creating spaces and communities where people feel safe enough to trust, connect, and heal.
To me, healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning home to yourself — feeling hopeful about the future, feeling more content within your own skin, and rediscovering a sense of connection with the person you have always been beneath the pain, fear, and expectations.
In the work I do as a psychologist and founder, I bring empathy, warmth, emotional presence, and the belief that every person deserves to feel valued in their most vulnerable moments. Above everything else, I hope every person who walks into Touch of Peace Care leaves carrying a little more hope, a little more peace, and the feeling that healing is possible.
Hi, I’m Shivani.
I believe healing begins when people feel safe enough to be fully themselves. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that meaningful change becomes possible when we are met with acceptance, compassion, and understanding rather than judgment. Inspired by Carl Rogers’ words, “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change,” I view therapy as a space where self-understanding and growth can coexist.
My work is rooted in a humanistic, trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, and neurodivergent-friendly approach. I support adolescents and adults navigating a range of emotional and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation challenges, personality-related difficulties, narcissistic abuse recovery, and neurodivergence-related experiences.
I aim to create a therapeutic space that feels warm, welcoming, and emotionally safe—one where clients do not feel pressured to perform, explain themselves perfectly, or hide parts of who they are. I believe therapy is not about fixing people; it is about helping them reconnect with themselves, understand their experiences more deeply, and develop a more compassionate relationship with their inner world.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, reflective, and emotionally attuned. I bring curiosity, warmth, and authenticity into the therapy room while gently supporting clients in building insight, emotional awareness, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.
Above all, I strive to create a space where people feel seen, heard, and accepted—because healing often begins in the moments when we realize we do not have to carry everything alone.
Hi, I’m Anitha — part of the social media team at Touch of Peace Care 🌿
I basically spend my time turning feelings, healing, overthinking, comfort, and mental health conversations into content people can actually feel something from.
I love storytelling because sometimes a single post can make someone feel understood at 2am — and honestly, that matters a lot to me.
Through our page, I hope people feel a little safer, lighter, calmer, and less alone. I want mental health conversations to feel less intimidating and more like “hey, you’re human too? same.”
More than just creating content, I care about building a space online that feels warm, honest, emotionally comforting, and deeply human 🤍
Hi, I’m Ananya, and I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Psychology. I have always been deeply curious about understanding human behaviour, emotions, and the many experiences that shape who we are as individuals. What draws me most towards psychology is the opportunity to understand people beyond what is visible on the surface — beyond behaviours, emotions, and circumstances.
To me, mental health is an essential part of overall well-being because it influences the way we think, feel, connect, and experience the world around us. I believe emotional well-being deserves the same care, attention, and understanding as physical health.
My journey with Touch of Peace Care has been a meaningful learning experience that continues to teach me the value of empathy, patience, active listening, and the importance of creating spaces where people feel genuinely heard. It has also reminded me that every person’s experiences and struggles are unique, and each individual deserves to be met with compassion rather than judgment.
I am particularly interested in areas such as emotional well-being, clinical psychology, trauma-informed support, ageing and dementia care, and understanding how relationships and environments shape mental health. Through my work and learning, I hope to offer a safe, understanding, and emotionally supportive space where individuals feel accepted, heard, and cared for.
I continue to be inspired by the resilience of people, the complexity of the human mind, and the incredible capacity individuals have for healing and growth.
I have always been deeply curious about people and the emotions that shape who we become. Growing up, I often found myself wondering why I felt certain things and why the world around me seemed to change so quickly. Psychology became more than just a field of study for me — it became a way of understanding myself, understanding others, and making sense of the experiences that often go unspoken.
What continues to draw me towards people is the belief that everyone is carrying a story, a struggle, or a feeling that deserves to be met with empathy rather than judgment. I value creating spaces where individuals feel comfortable enough to be themselves, speak freely, and know that they do not have to filter parts of who they are to feel accepted.
To me, healing has never felt linear. Some days feel heavy and uncertain, while others remind us of how far we have come. I believe growth often lies in these quiet moments of reflection and connection. Warmth, kindness, empathy, and encouragement are values I naturally carry into the spaces I am part of, and above all, I strongly believe that the world can always use a little more kindness.
Hi, I’m Jashan Bajwa, and I am the person behind the digital foundation of Touch of Peace Care. My work lies in transforming a vision into an experience—creating an online space that not only functions seamlessly but also reflects the heart, warmth, and purpose behind the work we do.
I believe meaningful spaces exist both offline and online. Every detail of this platform has been thoughtfully designed to ensure that when someone arrives here, they feel welcomed, supported, and connected. For me, this website is more than a digital presence—it is a bridge between people seeking support and a space created with care, trust, and intention.
